At SmokinTex, we stand behind the quality of our smokers and accessories; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any items back to our warehouse.

  Pack Your Item

  Securely pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring all racks, wood chips, and manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to SmokinTex

  Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box and ship the package via a trackable carrier to our designated returns center.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit for damage and usage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
